Ernestine Williams-Tillman

Ernestine Williams-Tillman has been the Church Business Administrator for New Abundant Life Missionary Baptist Church for nine years. Her responsibilities include contract negotiation, program management, event planning, budgeting and finance, supervision of volunteers and staff, coordination of legal matters, human resources, and monitoring all other daily administrative matters of the church. Ernestine loves the Lord with all her heart and does not take her responsibilities lightly. She accepted God into her life on Good Friday in March 1978. She continuously strives to be obedient to her Word.

She is a native of Washington, D.C. and attended the public schools. She furthered her education at Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria, Virginia; Merritt College, Oakland, California; and University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. In addition to being a member of the Network of Church Administrators, she is a member of the National Association of Church Business Administration, and the District of Columbia Church Business Administration local chapter.

She also serves the church as Pastor Hilliard’s personal assistant, coordinator of the silver eagles ministry, assistant coordinator of the pastoral care ministry, coordinator of the finance committee, member of the evangelism ministry, and liaison for the collective banking group. Ernestine is married to Richard Tillman and they live in Clinton, Maryland.
