Executive Director, Elder Ann Darden
 

Ann Darden is the newly elected Executive Director of the Network of Church Administrator, as of June 2007. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, which includes overseeing the planning and preparation for the Church Administration Conferences, the monthly professional development workshops, and board retreats.
Ms. Darden has worked in church administration for ten years and in ministry over 20 years. She has served as Vice Chair of the Network of Church Administrators for the pass six years.

In July 2004, Ms. Darden received a Certificate as a Fellow in Church Business Administration from the National Association of Church Business Administration. She was also featured in the October 2004 Church Executive Magazine responding to the topic "Challenges of Church Administrators."

Ms. Darden received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the University College, University of Maryland, College Park, MD. She has studied at the Capital Bible Seminary and the Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD. Ms. Darden is a member of First Baptist Church of Glenarden. She is a committed servant in the Kingdom of God.
